Coming Soon--FIND

Starting June 16th, BayEast MLS is debuting FIND, a competitor to Redfin and Zillow. It will be a national roll out where you can search all properties with available data within the U.S., regardless of whether they are for sale, for rent, recently sold, or any other status.

Some Features--
-An average of 3 million current, accurate and up-to-date active listings: Most MLSs are updated every 15 minutes, with all others updated a minimum of once per date
-5 - 6 million sold records per year: Over 3 million from MLS Sources (attribution is provided to both the listing and selling brokers) and the remainder are from public records sources
-Over 100 million property records from various public record vendors
-Nationwide school information: District boundaries and detailed reports
-Nationwide neighborhood information: Boundaries, demographics, Psychographics
-Local amenity locations and information: Places of worship, restaurants, entertainment, emergency services, banks, libraries etc.
-Overlay of nationwide data: Flight paths and airport noise, hurricane paths and tornado records, seismic activity and other related property data sets.

I'll be checking out this new feature and will report later on its usability and content.  If possible, I will update my website so that you too can have access.
