BayEast MLS Housing Statistics for May

I've decided to provide data on other towns outside of Fremont.  It's freely available to me, so I thought I'd share.  Pretty interesting how Alameda County is so uneven in its recovery.  As soon as I get data from the Santa Clara MLS, I'll share it too.
