It's been a while

It's been a while since I've posted on my blog.  A combination of summer vacation, work, and family have prevented me from doing my weekly posts.  

I'm back and will begin again...thanks for checking in!

In light of the recent earthquake, do you know how to turn off the gas? I remember the direction by saying, "You only need to see the red (cross) + in an emergency"--the "+" is the direction of the shut off valve to turn off the gas. Supreme Court Rules on Dual Representation

I mentioned earlier in September  about how 2 Coldwell Banker agents represented a buyer and seller in a transaction and there was a discrepancy in the square footage.  The buyer sued Coldwell Banker and the agents.  The heart of the question was, does the listing agent owe a fiduciary duty to the buyer and since Coldwell Banker is the brokerage to both the buyer and seller?
