East Bay and South Bay MLSs agree to cross-share data on their systems
One of my biggest pet peeves is inaccurate data. I really feel bad when I have to break the news to a client who excitedly sent me a link for a home that it was showing as available b/c the listing agent posted the home on multiple MLSs and forgot to update their non-home MLS(s).
Starting April 3, the madness (hopefully) ends! All active and off market MLS information from MLSListings will appear in the BayEast/Paragon System and vice versa. This means once a listing agent enters the data once in either MLS system, they will automatically appear in the other.
