Harsh evictions for mobile home owners

A really interesting article from OZY was showcased in NPR's News Hour last Friday about mobile homes and the land they sit on.  Quite a few mobile homes are around the Bay Area and it's really surprising who lives there.

Supreme Court Rules on Dual Representation

I mentioned earlier in September  about how 2 Coldwell Banker agents represented a buyer and seller in a transaction and there was a discrepancy in the square footage.  The buyer sued Coldwell Banker and the agents.  The heart of the question was, does the listing agent owe a fiduciary duty to the buyer and since Coldwell Banker is the brokerage to both the buyer and seller?
