MLSListings, the MLS for the South Bay released their assessment of single family homes in their territory.  As mentioned for the condos and townhouses, the inventory has also significantly declined in Santa Clara County.  

MLSListings, the MLS for the South Bay came out with the assessment of their territory, which has lined up with what I've been seeing on the road.  32% drop in inventory year over year in Santa Clara county is quite shocking!
