Amitree--lending/buying backend real estate transaction software

I get a lot of input on my transactions and one of them is, "how do you stay on top of all of your deadlines with so many clients? You never miss any important dates!" Well, at Redfin, they had their backend software that tracked all of my client's searches/favorites/etc. all the way through escrow to passing over the keys so I knew what was happening with all of my clients.  Redfin's software is proprietary and they have never leased it out like ZipRealty does to the Realogy franchise.  It's a shame because their backend transaction software was AMAZING to put it mildly. Now, there is a public competitor--Amitree.  It's open to buyers/realtors/brokers to get you from the searching/pre-approval/escrow/key exchange. If you're interested in trying it, email me at jennifercheunghomes@gmail.com . 6,000 home sale in Detroit falls apart
